Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your I've Got A Notion purchase, you may return your merchandise within 21 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at 866-585-0079 and we will assist you with the return of that merchandise. If the return is a result of defect, damage or our error, you will receive a 100% credit for the merchandise and shipping fees. If returning unwanted items, the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs from the original order as well as a 20% restocking fee on the unwanted items. Products must be in new condition and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on fabric, sewing machines, patterns, books, opened computer software, or dvds. Upon receipt of your return, it may take up to 10 business days to process and credit your account. Credit will be processed against your original form of payment.
