Get to Know Your Sewing Machine
If you are new to sewing or haven't taken that machine out of the closet in a while, come in and get reaquainted with your sewing machine! Learn how to wind bobbins, adjust tension, troubleshoot complications, and more. This is a perfect class if you are considering learning to sew or are considering a new sewing machine purchase!
*Please bring your sewing machine if you have one, 2 colors of all purpose thread, a pen, scissors, all the standard attachments and instruction manual. Don't forget your glasses!

Super Simple Throw Pillow With Envelope Back
This is a great first time sewing project that anyone can make! If you can draw a line and use a pair of scissors, you can sew a pillow effortlessly. It is necessary to take the "Get to Know Your Sewing Machine" class or have moderate knowledge of your machine.
*Supplies needed: 12" square pillow form, 1 yard of fabric, straight/dressmaker pins, thread, clear ruler, chalk wheel, 5"+ scissors, 1 yard of medium-weight, black interfacing

* Children taking classes for the first time must take the Sewing Machine Safety class, as it is a prerequisite for all other classes.
 
Sewing Machine Safety
It makes a lot of noise and it has an abundance of moving parts, but having your child become familiar with the sewing machine will improve their confidence & dexterity! They will become versed with complete sewing machine knowledge. This class is a prerequisite for any other kids sewing classes.

This velcro-closing shoulder pocketbook will hold all of your valuables safely tucked inside! Sewing Machine Safety is a prerequisite for this class.

Beginning Quilting
In this quilted sampler, you will learn all of the skills necessary to make an accomplished quilt. This class will cover rotary cutting, piecing, pressing, adding borders & binding, machine & hand stitching, and more! With this knowledge you will be able to make a quilt of any size or style! If you missed the first class, no problem, there is still room and you can easily catch up!
*Supplies needed: rotary cutter, rotary mat, clear 4" wide ruler, dressmaker pins, 5"+ scissors, and chalk marker
